Kate Jackson Watercolor Expressions Sea Turtles Sea Series 1

Working in a series is very valuable exercise for an artist. I began this series by restricting my palette and format to see what I would get from a tight and similar palette...applying the paint to various surfaces in various ways.

The first in the series, Turtle Track, has a good amount of iridescent jade paint in it which created the "turtles" who appeared to be swimming in the blue, near the coral. How many turtles do YOU see? This is all watercolor!
