IN the late 80's I did lots of figure studies.  I loved the full and soft looking figure of this model, and I especially marveled at her tiny, delicate hands in contrast to her fleshy body.  The surroundings done with primarily 2 complementary colors accentuate the pink and plump body which was so at ease in this sitting.  It's all watercolor with a little wax resist to keep some of the whites.
